All games will be played at one of three locations: Missouri City Community Park 1700 Glenn Lakes Lane, Missouri City, TX. 77459 or Ridgeview Park 3902 Ridgeview, Missouri City, TX. 77459 or Roane Park 1440 Turtle Creek, Missouri City, TX. 77459


TEAM CHECK-IN
Mandatory team check-in will be held Friday, October 12Th between 6pm and 9pm at the Old Hickory Inn Barbecue Restaurant,  3334 FM 1092 (Murphy Rd) Suite 400, Missouri City, Texas, 77459.  Phone  number 281-499-8904.

Items required at Team Check In:

a.                    Player Identification Cards (Signed by Player and Laminated)

b.                    Player Medical Release Forms

c.                    Final Team Roster signed by the teams club Registrar


TOURNAMENT GENERAL INFORMATION

·Sanctioned by South Texas Youth Soccer Association and Houston Youth Soccer Association

·Boys and Girls

·U7-U8 (COMBINED) to play 7v7 ($300)

·U9-U10 to play 8 v 8  ($350)

·U11-U12 to play 8 v 8 ($400)

·U13-U19 to play 11 v 11 ($450)

·Tournament is open to all Division II, III, and IV Boys and Girls teams

·Minimum three games

·Finals and Semi-finals will be determined by number of teams in each bracket

·If necessary, age groups may be combined to complete a bracket

·Registration deadline is Friday, October 5Th, 2012 (Exceptions will be made to fill incomplete brackets)

·Personal checks will only be accepted if postmarked by October 5Th, 2012

·Team registration payments must be received by MCUSA by October 8Th, 2012

TEAM APPLICATION INFORMATION

·Applications will close as age brackets are filled on a first come, first served basis

·Team fee is payable at time application is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, Discover card, check or money order. Payment by credit card requires an additional 3% charge.

·Credit card payment is the only payment method that will secure a position into the tournament at time of application. Those teams paying by check or money order will be placed on a "reserve" basis until payment clears. Note that checks must be postmarked by October 5Th, 2012 and received by MCUSA by October 8Th, 2012 to be accepted.

·The online application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address and contact information. Give as much information regarding the level of play of your team.  We will make every effort to place in the correct bracket.
